We already knew that the Himalayan Glaciers were melting at 100' per year
and that Greenlands Ice Pack was diminishing rapidly Right?...
and I guess by now we've figured out that the Ganges River will run dry
in approx 30 years....

Iceland is melting! Due to the melting ..the "Lagoon" has doubled its size in the last decade.
Every year it grows larger and is now threatening to wipe out Icelands main highway.
The laggoon is 350 feet deep. 100 years ago there was no lagoon, only 100 feet of glacier ice.

OZONE HOLE BIGGER THAN EVER, NASA SAYS
The hole in the Antartica Ozone layer is 11,000,000 square miles.
Last year it was slightly more than 8,000,000 square miles.
Two years ago it was 10.5 million square miles
The Ozone hole covers an area three times the size of the United States.
The Ozone Hole is measured by a satellite (NIMBUS-7) from the National Areonautics and Space
Administration, called "Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer"...TOMS for short.
And of course we know that the Ozone Layer Protects us from the Suns Ultraviolet Radiation.
Protects Us, Protects the Earth and All Life upon it, Protects the Sea, and All Life within it.
Splended Design huh?
but it's falling apart....

As the Ozone Hole Increases so does the Radiation Increase the Changing of DNA.
We found out that there was a hole in the Ozone 25 years ago. So in 25 years...
1.The USA stopped Production of CFCs in 1987. And 2. 140 Nations have signed
an agreement that is a step by step elimination arrangement of some sort,
but still we have stretched the opening in the Ozone to 11 Million square miles.
You noticed of course that the hole in the Ozone that we have been talking about
is above the antarctic region, in the Southern Hemisphere.
There is also a hole in the Ozone above the Arctic Region in the Northern Hemisphere.
The Arctic hole is not as big, but posted a 60% reduction in Ozone in a four Month Period.
That means it is growing very fast.
This is SERIOUS stuff here folks.....
This means that the Young Children are going to find living on this Earth rather difficult
in their Golden Years.
If we continue at this pace, without any change in our polluting ways,
In 50 -75 years time, The Ozone Holes at both ends of the globe will each be reaching toward the equator.
And The band of protective Ozone Wrapping the Equator will be how wide???
And it would get thinner and thinner...until it disappeared.
Then, You probably wouldn't want to call this place home anymore.
The Beautiful Lush Paradise known as Mother Earth?....Look at the Planet Mars.
That's if we Don't do anything to help. But if you look at the figures above,
you see that one year the situation improved from year to year.
Now if we can just figure out what it was that we did.....

OZONE HOLE EXTENDS TO COVER CITY
Here we go folks....The First City to be exposed to the Ozone Hole is Punta Arenas
in Chile. The Population of 120,000 was exposed to very high levels of Ultraviolet radiation
on Sept 9th & 10th. UV Radiation causes Skin Cancer And destroys Simple celled life forms.
This is that Antarctica Hole that last month was 11 million...it just stretched to 11.4 million.

SATELLITE STUDY reported in the Journal of Science
Melting of West Antarticas ice sheet could cause a
global rise in the sea level of 25 to 45 feet.
The West Antartica ice is the Smaller of the two ice sheets found at the South Pole.
The West Antartica ice sheet is 740,000 square miles....
and of course there is still the North Poles Ice Sheet
which is melting, along with all of the Mountain ice Peaks all over the Globe.
You add it all up.....and you better put on your full body wading boots.
The report states that the melting is 10 times greater than the snowfall in the basin.

This was a UN conference in Shanghai, and they report a 10.4 degree rise in temperature
with Rising temperatures melting ice caps and raising sea levels 34 inches
over the next 100 years
What we must realize is that all of this as it goes along, is feeding itself,
being amplified slightly and making all projections fit into the category of
being 60% under estimated in 6 years. (or worse, or better)
Over the next 100 years could be over the next 60 years
And of Course we Know the reason behind all this ...Right?
It being Primarily the Burning Of Fossil Fuels such as Oil, Gasoline and Coal,
which produces Carbon Dioxide and other gases that trap heat in Earth's atmosphere.
The Carbon Dioxide level has increased 31% over 250 years
Remember when we used to have a whole lot of Rainforests?
Another contributing factor. All those Rainforests would suck up all that Carbon Dioxide.
Can you see a parallel here? Like cutting our own throat.

High in the Himalayan Peaks, a lake has formed and is growing rapidly
due to the rather large river that is feeding it.
Of course you got it that it's the ice melting, right?
